  3. Product Care: Improper washing or storage may affect the fabric’s texture and colour. Please follow the care instructions provided to maintain the saree’s longevity.

At Rongomelaa, we ensure that every saree is packed with care and delivered safely to your doorstep.

  1. Domestic Shipping (India): We offer free Pan-India shipping on all domestic orders. Delivery timelines depend on the destination and courier partner; however, most orders are delivered within 4–5 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.
    Once shipped, tracking details will be shared via WhatsApp.
  2. International Shipping: International delivery charges apply. Delivery timelines for international orders may vary depending on the country, customs clearance, and courier services. Please get in touch with us via our Business Whatsapp(+91 8762274761) for international orders.
  3. Packaging & Handling: All sarees are carefully folded and packed to prevent damage during transit. Customers are advised to avoid using sharp objects while opening the package. Any damage caused while opening the package will not be eligible for exchange or return.
  4. Order Cancellations: Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been shipped.
  5. Delays: While we strive to deliver orders within the estimated timeframe, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as courier delays, weather conditions, festivals, or logistical issues beyond our control.
